Grounded Wisdom Walk
Step Two

With Steady Light, you found your footing. Now you walk it ... not alone, but together with others on the path.

Now walk it, together, by that steady light.

A six-month journey in a small circle of fellow travelers, for adults 55+ ... where movement, mindset, and presence stop being things you do, and become the way you move through your days.

A warm, no-pressure conversation. No obligation.

What the Walk is

Steady Light got you solid. The Grounded Wisdom Walk is where you live it.

You found your footing. The body that once felt like a stranger feels a little more like home again ... and something in you that had gone quiet has started, once more, to speak.

And then a new question arrives. Quieter than the first, but just as real. How do I keep walking this path now that I've found it ... the path that is mine to walk?

That question is the beginning of the Grounded Wisdom Walk.

Steady Light was where you found that inner light and got solid. The Grounded Wisdom Walk is where you go out and live by it ... six months, a small circle of fellow travelers, and the slow, steady turning of practice into a way of life. Movement, mindset, and presence stop being things you do. They become the way you move through your days.

You do not have to walk it alone. The Grounded Wisdom Walk is an invitation to deepen your practice... in the presence of others. That is the whole point and fun of a wisdom walk.

What's included

Six months of walking in good company.

A steady rhythm of gathering, practicing, and carrying the work into real life. Enough structure to hold you, enough room to make it your own.

Live small-group gatherings

Every other week across the six months, about ninety minutes each. A circle small enough that you're known, not lost. This is the spine of the Walk, where the shared work happens.

Occasional in-person walks

For those close enough to join, occasional walks along the way ... presence, shared, on real ground. A gift when they happen, never a requirement. You never have to be local to walk this.

Support between gatherings

A shared channel for the circle, at a steady, humane rhythm. Replies Monday to Friday, weekends offline. And one private, mid-journey check-in with me, so no one ever walks a hard stretch unseen.

A shared practice rhythm

Grounded practices the circle carries between gatherings, so the work lives in ordinary days. And the practices you began gathering in Steady Light, kept and deepened ... yours to carry forward.

The six-month arc

Six months. Three movements. One road, walked together.

Not six lessons to complete ... three turnings in a single journey, with Movement, Mindset, and Presence as Medicine woven through every step.

Movement I · Months 1 & 2

Arrive and gather

The circle forms, and you find your place in it.

  • Movement - You bring the practice you built in Steady Light into a shared rhythm ... no longer alone with it, now moving alongside others.

  • Mindset - The private reframe becomes spoken. Said out loud in trusted company, it holds differently ... and it holds better.

  • Presence - Presence practiced together. The first taste of being fully here, among others who are, too.

Movement II · Months 3 & 4

Walk and deepen

The practice becomes the way you move through ordinary days.

  • Movement - Practice woven into the fabric of a normal week ... not an appointment you keep, but a way you live.

  • Mindset - The reframe deepens under the ordinary friction of real life, and steadies.

  • Presence- Presence as Medicine, no longer a practice you return to ... a place you increasingly live from.

Movement III · Months 5 & 6

Root and carry forward

It roots in you, and you carry it past the program's edge.

  • Movement - The practice is yours now ... durable, self-directed, sustainable long after the six months close.

  • Mindset - "Not fading ... ascending" is no longer borrowed language. It's lived, and it's yours.

  • Presence - Presence as the ground you stand on. You're handed back to yourself, and to your own life, more fully alive.

And when the Walk has become rooted in you ... when presence has become less a practice and more a place you live from ... a further road comes into view. The Significantly Happier Life Path. But that is the horizon, and there's no need to look that far today. For now, there is this walk, and the circle waiting to take it with you.

Not fading ... ascending. Together, now.

Who it's for

This walk is for you if ...

  • You've already done the foundational work ... through Steady Light, or through a season of your own that brought you to the same steady ground ... and you're ready to live it, not just learn it.

  • You don't want to walk the second half alone. You want the company of others who are doing the same honest work.

  • You're ready to let practice become a way of life ... movement, mindset, and presence, woven into ordinary days.

It may not be the right walk yet if ...

You're meeting a raw, acute health change right now, and what you need first is close, personal attention. That is exactly what Steady Light is for. Begin there, and the Walk will be waiting.

You're looking for a class to sit back and receive. The Walk asks you to show up, do the practice, and bring yourself to the circle.

You'd rather do this entirely privately. The company of fellow travelers is the heart of this one, not a feature of it.

None of this is a test to pass. It's an honest look at whether the timing is right ... and that is exactly what a warm but honest conversation is for. We find out together.

Honest answers

A few things you might be wondering.

What does it cost?

The founding rate is $2,500, held for the first small circle. If a payment plan would make this more doable for you, we can talk it through together on the Discovery Call.

Do I need to have done Steady Light first?

The Walk is built as the step after Steady Light, and most travelers will come to it that way. But it isn't a locked door. If you've done deep, honest work of your own that brought you to the same steady ground, let's talk on a Discovery Call about whether the timing is right. We find that out together.

How much time will it ask of me?

We gather as a circle every other week across the six months, about ninety minutes each time, with a few in-person walks along the way for those close enough to join. Add a gentle daily practice you weave into ordinary life, and that's the shape of it. Enough to build something real, paced to fit a full life.

What is the group actually like? How big?

A small circle ... seven to ten fellow travelers, no more. Small enough that you're known, not lost. These are people doing the same honest work, walking the same road, at roughly the same place on it. That shared ground is what makes the circle worth its name.

Is it online or in person?

The Walk lives online, so the circle can hold together wherever you are ... with occasional in-person walks for those close enough to join one. You never have to be local to walk this. The in-person days are a gift when they happen, not a requirement.

When you're ready, the circle is forming.

An unhurried conversation about where you are, what you're navigating, and whether the Walk is your right next step.

A warm 30-minute conversation. No cost, no obligation.

You were never meant to walk this alone.

Find your footing, then walk it ... together, by that light. That is the second half, lived in good company ... and it is closer than you think.

Live Longer.
Live Deeper.
